Daly Communications started working with Raymond White Auctioneering in October 2018, Jackie White (Business owner) had a vision of where she wanted the business to go in the coming years.

Over the course of 4 weeks, we set a plan in place, and set out on the journey to make Raymond White Auctioneering the number one agency in the Midlands, giving it a national look and feel, while retaining the local feeling,

Step 1Branding

The business had a jumbled up brand and no website, all their business came through, We set about defining a luxury colour pallet that drew from the current ‘purple’ and redesigning the actual logo. All the social channels were branded with the new colours and logo in Feb 2019.

Step 2 – Website

While most people will automatically head to to buy or sell a property, they initially check out the market-leading agents in their area. RWA had no native site of its own, and was losing out on market share because of this to the national players. was launched in March 2019, and traffic to the site has increased month on month since launch.

Step 3 – Advertising

Utilising facebook advertising and a ‘Area Expert’ campaign on, we quickly repositioned RWA as the go to ‘Local’ agent that brings a National feel. Their market share for before these campaigns was 30% bringing them roughly in 3rd position, after the 3 month campign finished, they were the number 1 agent in the area with 57% market share.
